Asian Maps
Asia is the largest continent on earth and is also home to the largest size country (Russia). Asia is also the most populated continent mainly because 2 immensely crowded countries reside in its territory (China and India).
The total size of Asia is about 44.5 million squared km that are inhabited by nearly 4 billion people (almost 1.2 billion in India and over 1.3 billion in China). The Asian continent has no clear borders like other continent and its borders are largely defined by politic, as in the case of the European border. Asia also borders North America, Africa and Oceania. As mentioned above, Russia is the single largest country in the world with just over 17 million squared kilometers that are home to roughly 140 million people, making Russia one the least populated countries in the world (as opposed to India).
